For our Hibiscus tea the large bright red, almost meaty flowers are just dried and cut.
They produce a wholesome ruby-red infusion with a distinctive fruity sourness.
Hibiscus makes an excellent ice tea, just pour cold water of the flowers and refrigerate it overnight (sweetener is nice but optional).
Many fruit tea blends are based on Hibiscus to give them the red colour and fruity-sour taste.
100g (default, makes 50 cups), for other quantities, please see under 'options'.
