This tea is the product of a happy accident.
Green Chinese Mao Feng was mixed with black Indian Assam by mistake. The result surprised everybody and after a bit of tweaking, we found the right formula.
The lower brewing temperature of 80°C allows the green tea to shine through but the Assam gives this blend more substance and body without overpowering the more subtle Mao Feng.
Interesting taste of grassy, slightly fruity Mao Feng notes with a malty Assam background.
