Pai Mu Tan
White tea is the least processed of all teas. Pai Mu Tan is a classic from Fuding, China.
During the drying a light oxidation of the leaves occurs naturally. The mix of green and brown (oxidised) leaves and silver tips is typical for a good Pai Mu Tan
Full of antioxidants and vitamins. Very fresh and clean with a slightly fruity-grassy taste.

|Ingredients||70-80°C, 2 tea spoons/cup, 1-3 minutes, 2-3 infusions|
|Ingredients Line 2||Iced Tea: take required amount of tea (be generous), do not use hot water just cold water (filtered or bottled water is best), pour over the leaves and let infuse for 45-60 minutes, keeps refrigerated for 2-3 days.|
